Parents' Statement of Acceptance and Commitment

By enrolling our child in Assumption College of Davao-Basic Education Department, we express our willingness and acceptance of the Flexible Learning modality offered by the school for our children. We understand that the school will implement a learning modality, which combines face-to-face (F2F), online, and modular learning. Each class session and learning activity is offered in-person (for those with parent's consent), synchronously online, and asynchronously. Furthermore, we also express our commitment to co-supervise and co-monitor the progress of our child's learning.

Withholding of Fees upon Withdrawal of Enrolment
(Per Manual of Regulations for Private School)

a.) before regular classes            - Registration fee only
b.) within 1st week of classes      - 10% of all fees
c.) within 2nd week of classes     - 20% of all fees
d.) after 2nd week of classes       - 100% of all fees
